Pack Your Items

Place the unworn footwear in its original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to qualify for a refund.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of arrival.
